In March 2023, four refrigeration units from Venttk left China and were transported by road to the beautiful capital of Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar. The units consisted of two dry coolers and two chiller units. The design and manufacturing were carried out by Venttk based on the parameters provided by customer.

The two dry coolers served as outdoor units and used a 50% ethylene glycol medium with AC fans. One unit is the HDFS290-031 model, with a heat exchange capacity of 30.68KW and a pressure drop of 26kPa, weighing 380kg. The other unit is the HDFS290-036 model, with a heat exchange capacity of 36.2KW and a pressure drop of 10kPa, weighing 400kg.

The dry coolers dissipate heat from the refrigerant through ambient air, and their configuration as outdoor units allows for better heat dissipation conditions, improving cooling efficiency. That also helps save indoor space, reduce indoor noise, minimize water waste, and make dry coolers easier to maintain and clean.

The two chiller units are SP-08WSZ water-cooled box-type chillers with a cooling capacity of 25KW.

Water-cooling provides higher heat capacity and ensures stable cooling performance, making it suitable for high-power and long-duration operation. The chiller units are equipped with temperature control systems, allowing precise temperature control during the cooling process and ensuring medical equipment operates within the required temperature range. Venttk also prioritizes noise reduction in the design to avoid disturbance to medical equipment and patients. The silent operation creates a peaceful medical environment and improves patient comfort.

Venttk strictly produces units according to customer size requirements, ensuring secure packaging and damage-free transportation. Instruction manuals and operation guides, as well as various materials required by customers, are provided. Venttk welcomes inquiries from all interested parties.
