Air Cooled Condenser (ACC) and Finned Tube Air Cooler (AFC)


While the conservation of water resources is increasingly becoming a decisive consideration for plant owners and operators, ACC is an environmentally friendly technology with zero hot water discharge and requires little maintenance.
 
ACC technology condenses process fluids without the need for water. In this system, the exhaust steam from the turbine flows counter currently through the ACC bundle, where it is condensed by the airflow generated by the axial fans in the downstream bundle. It also designs, builds, manufactures, and installs ACC systems for power plants, waste-to-energy plants, chemical and petrochemical industries, and oil refineries, among others.

  1. Low power consumption of the fan
  2. Anti-corrosion and anti-low temperature conditions
  3. Less maintenance
  4. Optional double-row tube bundle or single-row aluminum finned tube bundle

 

Air cooled heat exchangers, also known as finned tube air coolers, are a cost-effective solution for cooling process fluids using air. Finned tube air coolers are commonly used in process industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, refineries, power plants, waste-to-energy plants, and chemical processing.
