Product Overview

Venttk GT-ZKW series is a chilled water type modular air handling unit consisting of various functional sections, such as mixing, cooling coil, heating coil, filtration, and supply air fan. It enables flexible configuration for a wide range of air treatment applications, including medical, pharmaceutical, electronics, precision machinery, light, and chemical industries, as well as large and medium-sized public buildings.

Advanced thermal break (no cold bridge) design combined with double-skin insulated panels ensures excellent insulation performance and air tightness, with total air leakage rate ≤ 2.5%, significantly reducing energy loss.

Equipped with high-efficiency centrifugal fans and optimized airflow design, delivering stable air volume, low noise, low vibration, and precise operational control.

Ÿ Optimized for Indoor Air Quality & Easy Maintenance

High-efficiency heat exchanger coils and a maintenance-friendly internal layout ensure reliable cooling performance, simplified servicing, and improved indoor air quality for modern building environments. 

 

Detailed Features

Ÿ Filtration System

Medium-efficiency filtration can be equipped with panel or bag-type filters. High-efficiency filters are also available upon request for purification applications. Filter status is monitored by sensing the pressure differential across the filter.

Ÿ Fan System

The unit features low-noise, double-inlet centrifugal fans, providing external static pressure from 100 to 1200 Pa without the need for an additional booster fan. Vibration isolators and flexible connections are installed to minimize vibration and noise.

Ÿ Control System

Modular control enables precise regulation according to user requirements. Fully automatic control is also available upon request.
