Industrial production facilities require stable chilled water supply to maintain consistent process temperature. Conventional chillers run compressors continuously all year round, leading to high power consumption and elevated operating costs. To satisfy the factory’s demand for efficient, year-round process cooling water, VENTTK delivered a customized free cooling scroll chiller for this domestic industrial project.

This scroll chiller delivers 50kW cooling capacity, supplying chilled water at 7°C with 12°C water inlet temperature. Charged with R410A refrigerant and matched with 40% glycol solution for anti-freezing protection, the unit adopts standard 380V/3N/50Hz power supply. Equipped with intelligent free cooling switching logic, it maintains steady chilled water output, lowers overall energy consumption and guarantees uninterrupted production.

VENTTK free cooling scroll chiller integrates mechanical refrigeration and free cooling functions. When ambient temperature allows, the system automatically activates free cooling mode to reduce compressor running hours and cut power expenses. The scroll compressor ensures reliable stable cooling under high-load working conditions. The 40% glycol mixture effectively prevents pipeline freezing, supporting safe year-round operation.

Precise water temperature control maintains steady 7°C outlet chilled water, eliminating temperature fluctuation interference to production processes. Fully compatible with domestic power specifications, the unit connects seamlessly with factory existing cooling water pipelines, simplifying on-site installation and commissioning, reducing long-term energy expenditure for industrial production.
