As AI computing and supercomputing drive rapidly rising rack power density, traditional air cooling can no longer meet high-load heat dissipation demands. Liquid cooling has become the most reliable and energy-efficient solution for modern data centers and industrial energy equipment. As the core hub of liquid cooling systems, the VENTTK Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) is cabinet-installed to achieve efficient and cyclic heat exchange. It absorbs heat from IT equipment through secondary-side coolant and transfers waste heat to external chilled water or natural cold source systems on the primary side, precisely maintaining hardware operating temperatures within a safe and stable range. Covering a heat transfer capacity of 350kW to 1500kW, our CDU is purpose-built for large-scale, high-density cooling scenarios.

VENTTK CDU integrates precision control, ultra-high energy efficiency, wide compatibility and industrial-grade reliability in one compact system. Equipped with a 10-inch color touch screen and multi-level permission control, the intelligent monitoring system tracks temperature, pressure, flow rate and water quality in real time, with anti-condensation protection and precise temperature control accuracy up to ±0.5℃.
2.Energy-Saving Configuration & Excellent Compatibility
Adopting high-efficiency plate heat exchangers and N+1 redundant variable-frequency pumps, the fan-free CDU supports large-temperature-difference operation and significantly reduces overall energy consumption. With strong compatibility, it works stably with deionized water, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol coolants, and seamlessly matches copper, 3-series and 6-series aluminum liquid cooling plates.
3.Corrosion-Resistant Structure & Flexible Communication Options
Built for long-term continuous operation, the entire pipeline adopts 304 stainless steel anti-corrosion fittings. The standard RS485 communication interface provides complete monitoring, alarm and system protection functions. Operating data and alarm records are automatically saved without loss during power failure, while sensors and filters support online maintenance with 25–100μm high-precision filtration. Optional dual power supply further improves operational stability, and customized communication protocols are available for different project needs.
