Standard dry coolers struggle to maintain consistent heat exchange efficiency under Qatar’s extreme desert heat, risking thermal instability for computing systems. To meet the rigorous thermal management demands of an immersion cooling project in Qatar, VENTTK delivered a customized industrial dry cooler.
This dry cooler features 113.5kW cooling capacity and adopts water as the cooling medium. Equipped with EC fans, copper tube and epoxy coated aluminum fin heat exchanger, plus integrated wet curtain, control box and circulation pump, it provides stable and continuous heat rejection, ensuring reliable operation of the immersion cooling system throughout the year.

High efficiency EC fans provide flexible, energy saving airflow, while epoxy coated aluminum fins deliver durable, corrosion resistant heat exchange. The integrated wet curtain enhances evaporative cooling performance, perfectly adapting to desert heat dissipation needs.
The unit is highly compatible with Qatar’s 400V three phase 50Hz power grid, running stably without extra power conversion devices. With complete control box and matched circulation pump, it maintains continuous 113.5kW rated cooling output, preventing equipment overheating risks and reducing long term operation and maintenance costs.
