A Frame Built for Real Conditions

The unit starts with panels and a frame of galvanized steel finished with polyester powder paint, resisting atmospheric corrosion across long service life. Direct expansion coils above a condensate drain tray handle moisture cleanly, and the whole enclosure is built to stay quiet — acoustic insulation covers the compressor section, while thermal insulation protects the coil and fan sections.

Compression That Runs Quiet and Dependably

The entire range uses high efficiency hermetic scroll compressors, each fitted with a thermal overload cut out and crankcase heater and isolated on rubber vibration dampers. That combination means fewer surprises: built in protection trips before faults become breakdowns, and vibration isolation keeps noise and vibration out of the occupied space.

Air Delivery Designed Around the Building

Forward curve centrifugal fans move air through the treatment section, while axial fans handle condensation. Discharge can come from the front, side or underside, and high external pressure rating supports long duct runs — giving designers real flexibility in how the unit connects to the building. On top of that, a straightforward line controller covers Cooling, Heating and Auto modes, error indication and scheduled on/off, backed by an electric panel with breakers, contactors and a phase sequence relay.

Options That Extend the Unit's Reach

Packaged units become genuinely versatile when options are added. An economizer with fresh and return air dampers brings in free cooling air; free cooling operation and a low ambient control device let outdoor units keep working from below 20°C down to -10°C. BMS integration, T3 tropical climate rating, metal or aluminum filters and G4 plate or bag filters can all be specified, along with condenser coil guards, roof curbs, water heating coils and upgraded fan motor drives.
