Dry Cooler Shipped to the Philippines for Diesel Generator Cooling

Sep 04, 2026

Project Overview

VENTTK has successfully shipped a customized Dry Cooler to the Philippines, providing an efficient heat rejection solution for a diesel generator radiator application. Designed with a copper tube and aluminum fin heat exchanger core, the unit is engineered to support stable cooling performance and reliable heat dissipation during generator operation.

Project Information

· Country: Philippines

· Application: Diesel Generator Radiator

· Product: Dry Cooler

· Main Material: Copper Tube / Aluminum Fins

Project Features

The Dry Cooler adopts a copper tube and aluminum fin heat exchanger structure. The copper tubes provide an efficient path for coolant heat transfer, while the aluminum fins increase the external heat exchange area, enabling effective heat rejection to ambient air.

Designed specifically for a diesel generator radiator application, the system provides a compact and practical cooling solution for engine thermal management. The fin-tube configuration is commonly used in generator cooling systems because it combines effective heat transfer with a relatively compact structure.

The dry cooling configuration also allows heat to be rejected directly to ambient air without relying on evaporative cooling water, making it suitable for applications where simple operation and reduced water consumption are important.

Project Significance

As diesel generators are widely used for standby and prime power applications in the Philippines, reliable thermal management is essential for maintaining stable equipment operation. This project further expands the application of Dry Cooler technology in the power generation sector, providing customers with an efficient and reliable approach to generator thermal management.
