Product Features

The key feature of this project is the combination of liquid cooling technology and modular prefabricated data center design. Compared with traditional air-cooled solutions, Direct-to-Chip liquid cooling directly removes heat from high-performance computing components, significantly improving cooling efficiency and supporting higher rack power density.

For AI servers equipped with high-power GPUs, the system adopts D2C liquid cooling technology to efficiently handle concentrated heat generation. Meanwhile, RDHX solutions provide additional cooling support for IT equipment, creating a flexible hybrid cooling architecture suitable for different computing loads.

The cooling infrastructure includes three 250kW chillers configured with N+1 redundancy, ensuring continuous operation even during equipment maintenance or unexpected failures. For air-cooled servers, dedicated DX wall-mounted cooling units provide independent temperature control and operational flexibility.

In terms of power reliability, the system is equipped with two 600kW UPS units, providing 10 minutes of backup power protection and supporting stable operation of critical AI computing equipment.
