Project Overview
Textile manufacturing facilities demand stable indoor temperature to guarantee fabric quality and comfortable working conditions. Jordan features hot, dry summers, pushing conventional HVAC systems to operate at high load all year and triggering excessive power consumption. Ordinary rooftop units lack effective waste heat recovery capability, leading to soaring operational costs. To satisfy precise climate control and energy-saving targets of a textile factory in Jordan, VENTTK delivered a customized heat pipe heat recovery rooftop unit.
This rooftop unit provides 368kW cooling capacity and 359kW heating capacity. Equipped with reliable Copeland compressors and charged with R410A refrigerant, the equipment complies with local 3P-380V-50Hz power standard. Integrated with heat pipe heat recovery structure, it recycles waste heat from exhaust air, achieves efficient cooling and heating, stabilizes workshop environment and cuts long-term energy expenditure.

Project Features
Textile production requires consistent indoor thermal conditions. Conventional air conditioning systems consume massive energy for fresh air treatment without heat recovery. In Jordan’s arid high-temperature climate, continuous cooling and periodic heating further raise electricity bills for manufacturers. Unstable temperature also affects textile processing consistency and finished product quality.
VENTTK tailor-made rooftop unit adopts advanced heat pipe heat recovery technology. With no moving parts inside the heat pipe system, it reliably captures residual heat from workshop exhaust air to preheat incoming fresh air, greatly lowering energy required for heating and fresh air processing. Fitted with high-performance Copeland compressors, the unit delivers stable 368kW cooling and 359kW heating output to cope with drastic seasonal temperature shifts in Jordan.
Charged with R410A refrigerant, the system ensures efficient heat exchange performance. Fully adapted to local 3P/380V/50Hz power supply, the rooftop-mounted design simplifies indoor layout and saves production space. Stable temperature control maintains ideal production environment for textile processing. The heat recovery configuration effectively reduces overall power consumption, helping the factory achieve energy conservation goals.
Project Significance
The successful deployment of VENTTK heat pipe heat recovery rooftop unit at Jordan textile factory verifies our capability to design energy-efficient packaged HVAC solutions for Middle Eastern textile industrial projects. It demonstrates the prominent energy-saving advantages of our heat pipe recovery rooftop units under arid climate conditions. Drawing on abundant experience in industrial rooftop unit R&D and manufacturing, VENTTK will keep optimizing heat recovery efficiency and unit durability, providing reliable, low-energy HVAC solutions for textile, food, commercial and industrial clients across the Middle East and worldwide.
