Modular data center deployments in Japan require fast deployment, space efficient infrastructure with dependable air cooled thermal management. Traditional on site built data centers suffer from long construction cycles and complicated system integration. To satisfy compact computing demands for a Japanese client, VENTTK provided a customized 20FT container data center.
This 20FT container data center is equipped with 4 racks and adopts an air cooled system, delivering support for 115kW total heat load (80kW IT heat load + 35kW auxiliary heat load). It ensures stable heat dissipation and continuous year round operation for customer IT equipment.

Project Features
Container style data centers demand compact layout and factory pre testing to reduce on site engineering work. Conventional built on site data centers take lengthy construction time and carry installation risks.
VENTTK’s custom 20FT container data center is fully pre integrated and factory tested. Fitted with 4 racks and matching air cooled system, it steadily handles 115kW overall heat load. The air cooled design simplifies system configuration and lowers on site installation complexity.
Only basic field connection is required after delivery to put the unit into service. It reliably avoids IT equipment overheating, shortening construction cycles and reducing on site O&M workload for the client.
