Standard dry coolers struggle to maintain consistent heat exchange with water circulation under heavy cooling loads, risking thermal instability for critical IT systems. To meet the rigorous cooling demands of a data center project in Belgium, VENTTK delivered a customized industrial dry cooler.

This dry cooler features 568kW cooling capacity and adopts water as the cooling medium. Built with copper tubes, epoxy resin anti corrosion aluminum fins and a stainless steel frame, it delivers stable, continuous heat rejection, ensuring reliable operation of the data center cooling system throughout the year.

VENTTK’s tailor made dry cooler is fully optimized for data center working conditions. Designed for matched water circulation, it achieves efficient, stable, low loss heat exchange. Epoxy resin anti corrosion aluminum fins resist humidity and salt damage, while the stainless steel frame ensures structural durability — delivering long service life and low maintenance even in demanding environments such as the Middle East.

The unit is highly compatible with Belgium’s 400V/3P/50Hz power grid, running stably without extra power conversion devices. It maintains continuous 568kW rated cooling output, preventing equipment overheating and reducing long term operation and maintenance costs.
