Project Overview
As AI computing and high-performance servers continue to increase rack power density, data centers are facing greater challenges in removing heat from densely configured IT equipment. Compared with conventional air cooling, liquid cooling can provide a more direct and efficient approach to managing heat generated by high-density servers.
For a data center project in South Korea, VENTTK supplied liquid-to-liquid cabinet type CDUs as part of the facility’s liquid cooling infrastructure. Designed for cabinet-level liquid cooling systems, the CDUs transfer heat between the primary and secondary liquid circuits while providing controlled thermal management for high-density computing equipment.
Project Information
· Country: South Korea
· Application: Data Center
· Product: Liquid-to-Liquid Cabinet Type CDU
· Cooling Type: Liquid-to-Liquid Heat Exchange
· Installation: Cabinet Type
· Application: High-Density Data Center Cooling

Product Features
1.Liquid-to-Liquid Heat Exchange
The CDU transfers heat between two liquid circuits, allowing the secondary cooling loop serving IT equipment to operate independently from the facility-side cooling loop.
2.Cabinet-Type Configuration
The cabinet-type design integrates the CDU into a compact enclosure, making it suitable for data center environments where equipment organization, accessibility and installation efficiency are important.
3.Stable Thermal Management
By continuously transferring heat between the primary and secondary circuits, the CDU helps maintain stable cooling conditions for liquid-cooled servers and other high-density IT equipment.
4.Suitable for High-Density Computing
Liquid-to-liquid CDUs are designed to support cooling systems for high-power computing applications, including AI servers and other equipment with significantly higher heat loads than conventional IT racks.
Project Significance
The deployment of VENTTK liquid-to-liquid cabinet type CDUs provides the South Korean data center with a dedicated interface between the facility cooling system and the liquid cooling loop serving high-density IT equipment. This configuration enables effective heat transfer while allowing the two cooling circuits to be managed independently.
As data center architectures continue to evolve toward higher rack densities and liquid-cooled computing, cabinet-level CDUs can serve as an important component for connecting facility cooling infrastructure with advanced IT cooling systems. This project further demonstrates VENTTK’s capability to provide liquid cooling equipment for modern data center applications.
