Brazed Bar and Plate Radiators

    Fins are laid between aluminum braze sheets and fitted with header and face bars. The assembled unit is placed into one of our modern brazing furnaces where precise control of time and temperature produces a unified core. Manifolds designed to meet each customer’s particular piping requirements are welded into place to complete the radiator.

Tube and Header Radiators

    Our brazed aluminum tube and header radiators provide a cost-efficient, lightweight option for both stationary and mobile engine cooling purposes. While these radiators can be used independently, they are typically paired with our bar and plate oil coolers and charge air cooler for a comprehensive engine cooling system.

Technology

Integral brazing, low thermal contact resistance, can improve the heat transfer performance perfectly, AL-AL structure, without electric potential difference, high corrosion resistance.

Smaller diameter, many tube holes and large internal surface intensify unit capacity as per volume.
Small cross sectional area, low air flow resistance, small eddy area, low noise.
Parallel arrangement of flat tubes enlarge refrigerant circulation area
Adjust the position and baffles to adapt to the refrigerant phase transition and optimize heat transfer and pressure drop.

The structure effectively breaks air thermal boundary layer, reduce heat exchanging resistance.
Waving path makes the contact longer to intensify heat exchanging.
