Construction

The exchanger adopts a cylindrical shell with copper tube bundles inside. Depending on application needs, it can be designed as fixed tube sheet, U-tube, or floating head type, facilitating maintenance and cleaning.

  • Pressure rating: low to medium pressure, typically within 1.0–2.5 MPa for oil cooling.
  • Temperature range: designed for oil inlet temperatures up to 250–300 °C, ensuring reliable operation under high thermal loads.
