VENTTK Modular Dry Coolers for Industrial Cooling

Oct 10, 2026

Process cooling doesn't leave much room for error. When a plant needs to reject large amounts of heat continuously — from data centers, industrial processes or immersion cooling systems — the cooling equipment has to deliver rated performance reliably, fit in a limited footprint and handle the specific fluid circulating through it. VENTTK designed its industrial dry coolers around those requirements.

Capacity That Scales With the Application

The VENTTK dry cooler range covers cooling capacities from 237kW up to 1709kW, rated at standard conditions of 40°C inlet water, 35°C outlet water and 25°C ambient air. That performance is delivered in a compact footprint, thanks to high efficiency heat exchange geometry that maximizes heat rejection per square meter of installed space.

Modular Design With Flexible Fan Configurations

The units adopt a modular design with 4 to 18 fans, allowing the configuration to be matched closely to the actual heat load. Fan diameters range from 350mm to 1800mm, with AC or EC motor options. EC motors bring variable speed operation, which improves part load efficiency and reduces energy consumption when full capacity is not needed.

Materials Built for the Application

Heat exchanger construction follows the medium being cooled. Coil piping is available in copper or stainless steel — AISI 304 or AISI 316L — for corrosion resistance where it matters, and fins can be supplied in a wide range of materials to suit environmental and fluid conditions.

Options That Match Complex Process Requirements

Industrial projects rarely fit a standard configuration, and VENTTK dry coolers are built to be specified accordingly. Coil designs accommodate water, oil, glycol, propylene glycol, BC888 dielectric fluid, and Shell S3X and S5X heat transfer fluids. Multiple circuits and sub cooling circuits support complex system architectures, while casings can be specified in stainless steel or aluminum, with epoxy resin coated aluminum or copper fins for aggressive environments. For hazardous locations, explosion proof motors are available, and fin spacing can be customized to match air quality and fouling conditions.

What It Adds Up To

A cooling package that is sized to the real load, built from materials that match the fluid and environment, and equipped to run efficiently at partial load — that combination keeps process temperatures stable and maintenance costs predictable over the long term.
