Project Overview
Located in a predominantly hot and arid region, Saudi Arabia experiences high ambient temperatures and demanding outdoor operating conditions, creating significant heat-rejection requirements for data center infrastructure. In such environments, cooling equipment needs to maintain reliable heat transfer performance while withstanding continuous operation under elevated ambient temperatures.
For this data center project, VENTTK supplied dozens of dry coolers, each with a cooling capacity of 285.7 kW. Designed for a water-based closed-loop cooling system, the dry coolers transfer heat from the circulating water to the ambient air through copper tubes and aluminum fins. This configuration enables continuous heat rejection without relying on evaporative cooling as the primary heat-transfer process.

Product Features
1.Efficient Air-to-Water Heat Exchange
The dry coolers use copper tubes and aluminum fins to transfer heat from the circulating water to the surrounding air, providing an efficient solution for continuous heat rejection.
2.Closed-Loop Water Cooling
Water serves as the circulating cooling medium inside the system rather than being continuously discharged or consumed for evaporation. This closed-loop configuration is suitable for applications requiring stable thermal management and controlled cooling-medium circulation.
3.Enhanced Corrosion Protection
The aluminum fins are treated with an epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating, providing additional surface protection and helping the heat exchanger maintain reliable performance under demanding outdoor conditions.
4.Designed for Continuous Data Center Operation
With a cooling capacity of 285.7 kW per unit, the dozens of dry coolers supplied for this project provide substantial heat-rejection capacity for continuous data center operation and help maintain stable cooling conditions for critical IT infrastructure.
Project Significance
The delivery of dozens of VENTTK dry coolers provides the Saudi data center project with a reliable outdoor heat-rejection solution designed around a closed-loop water cooling system. The combination of copper tubes, epoxy resin anti-corrosion aluminum fins and continuous air-side heat rejection enables the equipment to operate as part of a stable data center cooling infrastructure.
For data centers operating in hot and demanding climates, maintaining reliable heat rejection is essential for long-term system performance. This project further demonstrates VENTTK’s ability to provide large-scale dry cooler solutions for data center applications, with equipment configurations adapted to specific cooling capacity, electrical and environmental requirements.
