Q: Do you have standard models?
- A: The catalog is for reference only, because the requirements for the inlet and outlet of water temperature of each customer's project and the environment of use are different.
Q: The maximum cooling capacity of your dry cooler?
- A: 3212kW, when water inlet temp. is 40℃, water outlet temp. is 35℃, ambient temp. is 25℃.
Q: If we offered the parameters, when can we get the scheme and quotation?
- A: Usually within 48 hours on working days.
Q: How long is the product delivery time?
- A: Usually 45~50 days after we received the payment.
Q: What is your maximum capacity in 1 month?
- A: For our biggest model, maximum capacity is 45 sets per month.
Q: Do you have selection or design software?
- A: Yeah, we use thermodynamic design software mcoils.
Q: Warranty period？
- A: 12 months.
Q: What is your controller brand?
- A: Carel or Schneider.
Q: What does your controller system control?
- A: Can set the outlet water temperature, set the maximum speed of the fan, and shut down the number of fans
Q: What kind of media are mainly used in your dry cooler?
- A: Water, glycol, propylene glycol, oil and BC888.
Q: What is the tube material of the coil?
- A: Usually copper.
Q: What is the water test pressure of the coil?
- A: Generally 20 bar for water coil , 30-35 bar for freon coil.
Q: Do you recommend using EC fan or AC fan?
- A: It mainly depends on the customer's requirements.
Q: Why choose dry cooler, not choose cooling tower?
- A: Because some countries are lack of water, but cooling tower will waste too much water. And dry cooler has low cost of running and requires very low maintenance.

Q: How long is the product delivery time?
- A: Small volume usually need 25~30 days after we received the payment. Big volume usually need 50~60 days after we received the payment.
Q: What is the condenser maximum size?
- A: 6000*1200mm(L*H)
Q: What is the water or helium test pressure of the condenser?
- A: Generally 30~35 bar 3 minutes.
Q: What kind of media are mainly used in your condenser?
- A: Water, R410A, R134a, R22, R407C, R404, R1234yf

Q: Which brand miner are applicable to your system?
- A: Antminer S17, S19, WhatsMiner M20, M30.
Q: Does it have all the electrical outlets ready for miners?
- A: For immersion container system, yes.
Q: How many miners can hold in your system?
- A: For immersion container system, 120pcs one container. For immersion tank system, 96pcs one tank.
